Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the area to be repaired is clean, dry, free from rust, grease, and sanded.
2. Mixing: xtract the required amount of putty and mix thoroughly with 2–4% hardener (optimal mixture is 2.5%).
3. Application: Apply the mixture to the damaged area, building up the desired layer thickness.
4. Curing: Allow the putty to cure for approximately 30–40 minutes at 20°C.
5. Finishing: Once cured, the area can be drilled, sanded, sawed, rasped, and painted as needed.

• Consistency: Soft, thixotropic, pasty.
• Pot Life: Approximately 7–8 minutes at 20°C. Once the substances are mixed, the putty must be used at once. Do not use leftovers.

• Density: Putty: 1.89 g/cm³; Hardener: 1.15 g/cm³.
• Temperature Resistance: Up to 120°C when cured.
• Storage Stability: 8 months in unopened original container when stored at 10–25°C with a maximum relative humidity of 60%.
