Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants. Lightly sand for optimal adhesion.
2. Mixing: Blend the required amount of putty with 2–4% hardener (recommended 2.5%) until a uniform color is achieved.
3. Application:  Apply evenly to the repair area, shaping as needed.
4. Curing: Allow the putty to cure for approximately 30–40 minutes at 20°C.
5. Finishing: Once fully cured, sand, drill, saw, or paint as required for a professional finish.

• Base Composition: Polyester resin with mineral fillers.
• Color: Light beige.
• Consistency: Soft, thixotropic, and pasty.
• Pot Life: 7–8 minutes at 20°C. Once the substances are mixed, the putty must be used at once. Do not use leftovers.

• Density: Putty: 1.85 g/cm³; Hardener: 1.15 g/cm³.
• Temperature Resistance: Up to 120°C when cured.
• Storage Stability: 18 months in an unopened container when stored between 10–25°C with a maximum humidity of 60%.
